In-Person
In-Person Care — Flagstaff, Arizona
As a fully mobile, concierge medical practice, we bring in-person care directly to your door throughout the greater Flagstaff area — including physical examinations, lab draws, IV therapy, regenerative joint injections, and same-day medical care.
Services available in-person only:

Schedule Your Consultation
Book online or call 928-220-6363. Choose a telehealth appointment if you're outside Flagstaff.
Complete Your Intake
You'll fill out a health history and share your goals before your appointment so Shawn can review your case in advance.
Get Your Labs
We'll order comprehensive bloodwork through a lab near you — Quest, Labcorp, or a local draw facility in your area. Lab orders are sent directly, and results come back to us.
Meet with Your Provider
Your secure video appointment with Shawn Jones, FNP-C is a thorough clinical consultation — not a five-minute check-in.
Begin Your Protocol
Prescriptions, treatment plans, and follow-up schedules are coordinated from our end. Medications ship to your door or to a local pharmacy.
