Led by Shawn Jones, FNP-C, a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, Mend Medical operates as a cash-pay practice. That means no insurance billing, no prior authorizations, and no one standing between you and the care you need. It means longer visits, advanced diagnostics your insurance wouldn't cover, and protocols built around your goals — not a billing code.
